Pinterest Tools for Agencies
The Agency plan is for agencies, freelancers and virtual assistants who manage Pinterest for several clients. Keep each client apart, make their pins, get them approved and report back under your own name.

Coming soon: client reports, client brand kits, client approval links, team seats. They are included with the Agency plan and are not released yet. Everything else on this page, including the higher limits and all Business features, comes with the plan.
How an agency works with QuickPinMaker
This is the workflow the Agency plan is built around. The client, brand kit, approval and report steps use the agency features, which are coming soon.
- Add a client and connect their Pinterest account. Create the client in your Agency area and assign their Pinterest account to them, so their pins and numbers stay apart from every other client.
- Set the client brand kit. Each client gets their own brand kit. Pinner and the free tools use it when you work in that client account.
- Make pins with the free tools and Pinner. Design pins in the free pin maker or ask Pinner, the AI agent, to draft pins and pin text. Save the drafts as held pins, which are kept for approval and never published on their own.
- Send an approval link. Pick the held pins, add a short message and send the client a private link. They approve, reject or comment on each pin without an account.
- Publish and send a white label report. Release the approved pins to publish them, then share a report link under your agency name and logo.
You can try the making part today with the free pin maker and the free Pinterest tools. If you are setting up a client from scratch, start with our guide to the Pinterest business account, then see how the Pinterest scheduler handles the queue.
What the Agency plan adds
Clients and client reports (coming soon)
Keep every client in one place with their own Pinterest accounts, and send them a report under your own name. Reports can also be exported as a CSV file.
- A report share link can run for 7, 30 or 90 days, and you can turn it off at any time.
- Client facing reports carry your agency name, logo and colors, with no QuickPinMaker branding.
- Share links are long random tokens that expire. They set no cookies and search engines are told not to index them.
Client brand kits (coming soon)
One brand kit per client: the look you set once is used again whenever you make pins for that client.
- Pinner and the free tools use the client brand kit when the account you are working in belongs to that client.
Client approval links (coming soon)
Send a client a batch of pins to review before anything goes live. Each batch holds 1 to 50 pins, and the client can approve, reject or ask for changes with a short comment.
- Approving does not publish. Pins stay held until you release the approved ones yourself.
- The client needs no QuickPinMaker account and the page carries your branding, not ours.
- The link is a random token that expires after 7, 14 or 30 days. You can close it or turn it off.
- A pin you edit after the client approved it is not released, so nothing goes live that the client did not see.
Team seats (coming soon)
Invite people on your team with one of two roles: editor or viewer. Their work runs on your account, so it uses your plan limits and allowances.
- Viewers can read pins, reports, clients and approvals. Editors can also make and edit pins, drafts and approvals.
- Team members cannot see billing, API keys or saved affiliate network keys, and cannot change the plan or connect accounts.
- An invitation is a single use link that works only for the invited email address.

Limits tailored to your agency
Every agency is different, so Agency is not bought online. Contact us and tell us how many Pinterest accounts you manage and what you need. Our team sets the limits for your account, such as Pinterest accounts, pins a month, AI tokens, ChatGPT images, storage, Affiliate Links plugin sites and API keys. Until then, the starting limits in the table above apply.
Affiliate Links plugin for client sites
Agency includes the Affiliate Links WordPress plugin for up to 20 sites, so you can use it across client sites. The plugin is coming soon and is not released yet. It is one of two WordPress plugins we are building. If your clients earn from affiliate programs, our guide to Pinterest affiliate networks explains the rules. Join the waitlist and we will email you once when it is ready.
