Billing FAQs

Is making pins free?

Yes. The pin maker and the free tools work without an account and without a watermark. Plans give you a monthly allowance of pins to publish and schedule, plus AI writing, Pinner and storage.

What does a yearly plan cost?

A yearly plan costs eleven months of the monthly price, so you get one month free: Starter is $187 a year instead of $17 a month, Pro is $297 a year instead of $27 a month, Business is $1,089 a year instead of $99 a month.

When do my monthly allowances reset?

Pins and AI allowances reset on the 1st of each month (UTC), not on your billing date.

What happens if I cancel?

A subscription you cancel keeps its plan access until the cancellation takes effect. After that the account returns to the Free plan.

What if I move to a plan with fewer Pinterest accounts?

You keep the accounts you already connected but cannot add more until you are under the new limit.

Which plans include the Affiliate Links plugin?

Every paid plan: Starter up to 2 sites, Pro up to 5, Business up to 10 and Agency up to 20. The plugin is coming soon and is not released yet. You can also buy it on its own as an add on for one site, with the price shown at checkout.

How does the Agency plan work?

Agency has custom pricing and is not bought online. Contact us, tell us how many accounts you manage, and we set up the plan and limits for your agency. The numbers listed here are the starting limits.

Which plans include the Impact, CJ, Rakuten and eBay tools?

Business and Agency. Starter and Pro include the ClickBank, Walmart, Etsy, Awin and Amazon tools.

Who handles payments?

Paddle, a payment provider, handles subscriptions. Your plan updates after Paddle confirms the payment.

Is there a refund or a free trial?

This page does not state refund terms or a trial. Ask us before you buy on the contact page and we will answer in writing.

Do paid plans show ads?

No. Paid plans have no ads.
